Join our NAMIWalks volunteers for a RALLY for Mental Health!
Let’s kick off May as Mental Health Awareness Month by shaking those cobwebs out with yoga, painting, and music.
Schedule:
10 a.m. – Music with Bret Dale of River Music Experience
10:20-10:40 a.m. – Yoga with Sarah Connors of Tapas Yoga
10:45-11:30 a.m. – Music with Quad City Symphony Orchestra quartet
11:30-11:50 a.m. – Yoga with Sarah Connors of Tapas Yoga
All morning – Help us create a canvas for the 2021 NAMIWalks with expressionism painting throughout the morning.
Also, learn about the Sept. 18, 2021 NAMIWalks and how forming a team can help us promote mental health for all and fund local programs and reduce stigma.
This socially-distanced event is free, and participants are asked to wear face coverings.
