There’s plenty of scientific evidence that proves journaling reduces stress\, improves memory\, and helps you regulate emotions. Christina will show you grounding techniques used in journaling. \nWriter Jodie Toohey comes to us from the Midwest Writing Center and shewill pick up on the grounding theme and show you how to use your senses asa framework for writing.
