DESCRIPTION:www.namiwalks.org/greatermississippivalley – please register your team of 1 to 150 at this site! This is the Quad City area’s largest mental health advocacy and fundraising event. \nAnyone is welcome to walk for free. This is a fundraising event to support NAMI Greater Mississippi Valley’s free education and support programs in eastern Iowa and western Illinois. Program participants are never charged to receive our help. Register a team and consider fundraising to support families so that no one ever walks a mental health journey alone. \nRegistration & Activities begin at @ 8:30 a.m.\, which includes vendors\, a kid zone\, a dog zone & music. Friendly dogs on leash are welcome. \nStep off 5k walk starts at 10:00a.m. \nContact Mark Mathews for sponsorship opportunities and walk team questions. \n
