Learn from others and our facilitators who have experience supporting youth and adults living with a mental health condition. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nNAMI’s mental health support groups are unique for a number of reasons.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSupport groups are peer-led. A trained facilitator with lived mental illness experience will lead the group using a structured model. This ensures everyone has an opportunity to be heard and have their unique needs met.
