Monday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in partnership with UnityPoint Health-Robert Young Center\, Moline. \n\n\n\nWalk-ins welcome – no advance registration needed. No charge to attendees.\n\n\n\nNAMI Family Support Group will help you:\n\n\nAim for better coping skills\nFind strength in sharing experiences\nDo not judge anyone’s pain\nForgive ourselves and reject guilt\nEmbrace humor as healthy\nAccept that we cannot solve every problem\nUnderstand that mental health conditions are no one’s fault and can be traumatic experiences\n\n\nAbout our Facilitators:  \n\n\nNAMI facilitators use a nationally-designed model for the group. These facilitators are family education instructors or graduates of a NAMI family education class specializing in youth. They\, too\, have experience with a young family member living with a mental health condition.
