A free educational program for family members, partners, and friends supporting an adult loved one living with a mental health condition.

NAMI Family-to-Family is an evidence-based education program designed to help family members better understand mental health conditions, navigate challenges, and connect with others who share similar experiences.

The course is led by trained facilitators with lived experience supporting a loved one with a mental health condition.

  • Peer-led by trained facilitators

  • Structured multi-session course

  • In-person and/or virtual opportunities may be available

Supporting a loved one can feel overwhelming at times. Family-to-Family helps participants gain knowledge, confidence, and support while building connection with others who understand the experience.
